These photos are not for the faint-of-heart. My "Dark Day" as a friend called it, took me to the Killing Fields and S21 prisons. The Killing Fields were a site of mass execution where hundreds of thousands of Cambodians were killed in between 1975-1970 (the Khmer Rouge's reign).
The skulls were organized in a tower by gender and age. These were 12-15 yr old boys.
